1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter is Craft Clubs Limited, trading as Craft Gin Club, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 9405978. Registered office: Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, EC1M 7AD.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2. Employees of Craft Clubs Limited, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2.3. Entrants must have access to the internet and a valid email address.

2.4. Entrants can be new Craft Gin Club members, existing members or customers who have cancelled. 

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the competition, participants must complete the online lead form and a short survey via the advertised link on meta.

3.2. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.3. Only one entry per person, per household is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

4.1. The competition opens at 5.00pm GMT on Friday 25th April 2025 and closes at 5.00pm GMT on Friday 23rd May 2025.

4.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Selection of Winners

5.1. Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

5.2. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within 7 days of the competition closing.

5.3. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Craft Clubs Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. The Prize

6.1. Each winner will receive a free Craft Gin Club Gin of the Month Box to the address stated when filling out the survey.

6.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

6.3. Craft Clubs Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

7. Publicity

7.1. There are no planned promotional activities associated with this competition that involve the competition winners. 

7.2 No personal data will be shared publicly without the winner's consent.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://www.craftginclub.co.uk/privacy-policy.

8.2. By entering the competition, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as necessary for administering the promotion.

9. General

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating these terms or acting in any way that undermines the fairness of the competition.

9.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault.

9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
