How do you deliver my order?

We deliver all online shop orders via EVRi and Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually within 2-4 working days. Please bear in mind that the time of day you order, and weekends and Bank Holidays might affect this.

What does ‘members always get the best prices’ mean?

Members always get the best prices is a member reward that applies to member-only prices for craft gins on our online shop. It is only available to Craft Gin Club members - you lucky lot!

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping cost is £4.99. For Bronze level Craft Gin Club members, we offer free shipping on orders over £50*, for Silver members free shipping applies to orders over £45* and for our Gold members, all orders over £35 qualify you for free

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with your VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX. You can also choose to pay via PayPal, Apple or Pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept prepaid debit or credit cards.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

What is your cancellation and returns policy?

Do you ship shop orders internationally?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship internationally. We’re currently delivering to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Why is there more than one price showing on some items?

For the majority of our online shop products, you’ll see either ‘Retail Price’ or ‘Standard Price’, as well as ‘Members’ Price’ or ‘Your Price’. ‘Retail Price’ refers to the general RRP, while ‘Standard Price’ is the cost of the product on our online
