For your subscription box

Your available credit will automatically be applied to your next box

If you don’t want to use it, simply click “Remove from next order”

If you change your mind, you can always re-apply it before your order is processed

For shop purchases

Shop as normal and add items to your basket

At checkout, you’ll see the option to “Apply store credit”

You can apply as much of your available balance as you like

Examples:

If you have £10 credit and your order is £50, you’ll only pay £40

If you have £100 credit and your order is £50, your order is fully covered and you’ll pay £0
