What's the cut-off date for making changes to my account?Updated 3 months ago

We always encourage you make any changes or updates as early as possible, and no later than the day before we charge you. We always charge you for your next box on the 23rd of the month, prior to when the box is due*. This means any amendments would have to be actioned via your member's account by 6pm, on the 22nd. Changes made after this cut-off, will unfortunately not take effect until the following box is due.

*e.g. if you're due a February box, we will charge you on the 23rd of January.
