How do I change the frequency of boxes I receive?

Simply log into your account and head to ‘My Membership’ > In your ‘Active’ tab click ‘Update’ under Frequency you can click the preferred option and click ‘Confirm Plan Change’.

We're sorry to hear that you're leaving the club! To cancel your membership, you'll need to log into your account, choose the ‘Account Details’ tab and click on ‘Want to cancel your membership’. This option takes you through our cancellation process.

What's the cut-off date for making changes to my account?

I've cancelled my membership, but have changed my mind. How do I restart it?

It couldn't be easier to get your subscription back up and running! Simply log into your account and hit the 'Reactivate' button. This will restart your plan with the next month's box. If you would like to restart and receive the current month's box,
